                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraph 153(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby appoints Jean-Marie Chastenay of Sainte-Marthe-du-Cap, Quebec, to be a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Montréal Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year, effective November 5, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu de l’alinéa 153(1)a) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jean-Marie Chastenay, de Sainte-Marthe-du-Cap (Québec), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Montréal), à titre inamovible, pour un mandat d’un an, à compter du 5 novembre 2003.
