Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, under sections 48.1, 48.2 and subsection 48.4(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act, appoints Ashley Bressette-Martinez of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective October 15, 2024.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, en vertu des articles 48.1, 48.2 et du paragraphe 48.4(1) de la Loi canadienne sur les droits de la personne, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Ashley Bressette-Martinez, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Tribunal canadien des droits de la personne, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, à compter du 15 octobre 2024.
