Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, under subsection 20(1) of the First Nations Fiscal Management Act, appoints Michael St. Amant of Leamington, Ontario, to be a commissioner of the First Nations Tax Commission, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Relations Couronne-Autochtones, en vertu du paragraphe 20(1) de la Loi sur la gestion financière des premières nations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Michael St. Amant, de Leamington (Ontario), commissaire de la Commission de la fiscalité des premières nations, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans.
