Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and with the concurrence of the Minister of Justice, appoints Louis-Martin Aumais, Legal Adviser of the Department of Global Affairs Canada, to be the Agent for Canada at the International Court of Justice, with the rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, in accordance with the terms of reference set out in the annexed schedule.
Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères et avec l’assentiment du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Louis-Martin Aumais, jurisconsulte du ministère des Affaires mondiales Canada, Agent du Canada devant la Cour internationale de Justice, avec rang d’ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire, conformément au mandat figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe.
