Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 153 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, fixes the remuneration and certain conditions of employment of Suzanne Gilbert, full-time member and Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), for the period she is acting as Deputy Chairperson of the Refugee Appeal Division, as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($215,900 - $254,000), effective February 5, 2024, and within the range GCQ 6 ($220,900 - $259,800), effective April 1, 2024, until such time she is no longer required to act as Deputy Chairperson of the Refugee Appeal Division.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu de l’article 153 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération et certaine conditions d’emploi de Suzanne Gilbert, commissaire à temps plein et vice-présidente de la Section d’appel de l’immigration de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), pour la période pendant laquelle elle agit à titre de vice-présidente de la Section d’appel des réfugiés, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (215 900 $ – 254 000 $), à compter du 5 février 2024, et lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (220 900 $ – 259 800 $), à compter du 1^er avril 2024, jusqu’à ce qu’il ne soit plus nécessaire pour elle d’agir en tant que vice-présidente de la Section d’appel des réfugiés.
