Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under subsection 49(1) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, fixes the remuneration and certain conditions of employment of Leanne Marie Bourassa, full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Employment Insurance Section, for the period she is acting as Vice-Chairperson of the Employment Insurance Section, as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($176,500 - $207,600), effective March 25, 2024, and within the range GCQ 5 ($180,500 - $212,300), effective April 1, 2024, until such time as she is no longer required to act as Vice-Chairperson of the Employment Insurance Section.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu du paragraphe 49(1) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi de Leanne Marie Bourassa, membre à temps plein du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale pour la section de l’assurance-emploi, pour la période pendant laquelle elle agit à titre de vice-présidente pour la section de l’assurance-emploi, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (176 500 $ – 207 600 $), à compter du 25 mars 2024, et lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (180 500 $ – 212 300 $), à compter du 1^er avril 2024, jusqu’à ce qu’il ne soit plus nécessaire pour elle d’agir en tant que vice-présidente pour la section de l’assurance-emploi.
