Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, under section 165.21 of the National Defence Act, appoints Colonel Nancy Kathleen Isenor of Ottawa, Ontario, an officer of the Canadian Forces who is a barrister or advocate of at least 10 years’ standing at the bar of the Province of Ontario and who has been an officer for at least 10 years, to be a military judge, to hold office during good behaviour.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Défense nationale, en vertu de l’article 165.21 de la Loi sur la défense nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme la colonel Nancy Kathleen Isenor, d’Ottawa (Ontario), un officier des Forces canadiennes qui est une avocate inscrite au Barreau d’Ontario et qui a été officier et avocate respectivement pendant au moins dix ans, juge militaire, à titre inamovible.
