Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, under section 3 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, appoints Elizabeth Whitsitt of Calgary, Alberta, to be a permanent member of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective October 7, 2024.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Finances, en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, Son Excellence la gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Elizabeth Whitsitt, de Calgary (Alberta), titulaire du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, à compter du 7 octobre 2024.
