Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, under section 8 of the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement Act and subparagraph 5.2.1(b)(iii) and section 5.2.4 of the Agreement Between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and His Majesty the King in right of Canada as amended, appoints Amanda Rose Dumond of Kugluktuk, Nunavut, to be a member of the Nunavut Wildlife Management Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of four years.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Relations Couronne-Autochtones, en vertu de l’article 8 de la Loi concernant l’Accord sur les revendications territoriales du Nunavut et du sous-alinéa 5.2.1b)(iii) et de l’article 5.2.4 de l’Accord entre les Inuit de la région du Nunavut et Sa Majesté le Roi du chef du Canada tel que modifiée, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Amanda Rose Dumond, de Kugluktuk (Nunavut), membre du Conseil de gestion des ressources fauniques du Nunavut, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de quatre ans.
