Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes

(a) the Prime Minister or the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, with the effect of bringing into force, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus concerning Emergency Evacuation Operations, via the Territory of the Republic of Cyprus; or

(b) the Minister of Foreign Affairs to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing David Morrison, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; Sandra McCardell, Associate Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; Julie Sunday, Assistant Deputy Minister, Consular, Security and Emergency Management, Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development; or Sébastien Beaulieu, acting Assistant Deputy Minister, Consular, Security and Emergency Management, Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, with the effect of bringing into force, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus concerning Emergency Evacuation Operations, via the Territory of the Republic of Cyprus.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise :

a) soit le premier ministre ou la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer, au nom du Gouvernement du Canada, en vue d’entraîner sa mise en vigueur, l’Accord entre le Gouvernement du Canada et le Gouvernement de la République de Chypre concernant les opérations d’évacuation d’urgence, via le territoire de la République de Chypre;

b) soit la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant David Morrison, sous-ministre des Affaires étrangères, Sandra McCardell, sous-ministre déléguée des Affaires étrangères, Julie Sunday, sous-ministre adjointe, Consulaire, Sécurité et Gestion des urgences, ministère des Affaires étrangères, du Commerce et du Développement, ou Sébastien Beaulieu, sous-ministre adjoint par intérim, Consulaire, Sécurité et Gestion des urgences, ministère des Affaires étrangères, du Commerce et du Développement, à signer, au nom du Gouvernement du Canada, en vue d’entraîner sa mise en vigueur, l’Accord entre le Gouvernement du Canada et le Gouvernement de la République de Chypre concernant les opérations d’évacuation d’urgence, via le territoire de la République de Chypre.
