                  Whereas pursuant to subsection 332(1) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 the Minister of the Environment published in the Canada Gazette, part I, on December 1, 2001, a copy of the proposed Order Adding Toxic Substances to Schedule 1 to the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, substantially in the form set out in the annexed Order, and persons were given an opportunity to file comments with respect to the proposed Order or to file a notice of objection requesting that a board of review be established and stating the reasons for the objection;

 

                     And whereas, pursuant to subsection 90(1) of that Act, the Governor in Council is satisfied that the substances set out in the annexed Order are toxic substances:

 

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in

Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment and the Minister of Health, pursuant to subsection 90(1) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, hereby makes the annexed Order Adding Toxic Substances to Schedule 1 to the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999.

 

 

 


                  Attendu que, conformément au pragraphe 332(1) de la Loi canadienne sur la protection de l’environnement (1999), le ministre de l’Environnement a fait publier dans la Gazette du Canada Partie I, le 1er décembre 2001 existe des vacances au sein de l'effectif des officiers dont le nombre est fixé par le Conseil du Trésor conformément au paragraphe 6(2) de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada,

 

À ces causes, sur recommandation du solliciteur

général du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

 

a) en vertu de l'alinéa 6(3)a) de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, nomme au grade d'inspecteur les sous-officiers de la Gendarmerie royale du Canada dont le nom figure à l'annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles nominations prennent effet le 30 octobre 2003;

 

b) en vertu de l'alinéa 6(3)b) de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, autorise l’émission d'une commission sous le grand sceau du Canada aux officiers dont le nom figure à l'annexe ci-jointe.
