Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, under paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant an option to extend the lease with Ottawa Boat Cruises Inc. for a period of 30 years, beginning on April 1, 2027, for

(a) the real property located at Jacques-Cartier wharf facilities in Gatineau, Quebec, as described in Schedule A and shown in Schedule B, or, in the event of a relocation of the wharf in accordance with the terms and conditions of the lease, at any other location on the bank of the river in Jacques-Cartier Park in Gatineau, Quebec; and

(b) the three ancillary kiosks; one located at or near the Jacques- Cartier wharf, in Gatineau, Quebec and two located at or near Confederation Square, in Ottawa, Ontario.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, à Croisières de l’Outaouais inc., d’une option de prolongation de 30 ans, à compter du 1er avril 2027, du bail portant :

a) d’une part, sur les biens immeubles situés aux installations du quai Jacques-Cartier à Gatineau (Québec), dont la description figure à l’annexe A et l’illustration, à l’annexe B, ou, advenant une relocalisation du quai conformément aux modalités prévues dans le bail, à tout autre endroit sur la berge du parc Jacques-Cartier à Gatineau (Québec);

b) d’autre part, sur les trois kiosques auxiliaires, soit un situé au quai Jacques-Cartier ou à proximité de celui-ci, à Gatineau (Québec), et deux situés à la Place de la Confédération ou à proximité de celle-ci, à Ottawa (Ontario).
