Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, under subsection 8(2) of the Canada Infrastructure Bank Act, appoints Vincent Gasparro of Toronto, Ontario, to be a director of the board of directors of the Canada Infrastructure Bank, to hold office during pleasure, for a term of three years, in the place of David Thomas Bronconnier, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités, en vertu du paragraphe 8(2) de la Loi sur la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Vincent Gasparro, de Toronto (Ontario), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de David Thomas Bronconnier dont le mandat a pris fin.
