Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, under subsection 8(2) of the Canada Infrastructure Bank Act, appoints Hari Subramaniam of Toronto, Ontario, to be a director of the board of directors of the Canada Infrastructure Bank, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Poonam Puri, whose term has expired.  

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités, en vertu du paragraphe 8(2) de la Loi sur la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Hari Subramaniam, de Toronto (Ontario), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Poonam Puri dont le mandat a pris fin.
