Whereas paragraph 41(3)(b) of the Public Service Superannuation Act provides that the Public Service Pension Advisory Committee shall consist of six members appointed from among persons who are nominated for appointment by that portion of the National Joint Council of the Public Service of Canada that represents employees; 

And whereas Sharon DeSousa was nominated for appointment by that portion of the National Joint Council of the Public Service of Canada that represents employees;  

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, under paragraphs 41(1) and 41(4) of the Public Service Superannuation Act, reappoints Sharon DeSousa of Ottawa, Ontario, as a member of the Public Service Pension Advisory Committee, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

Attendu que l’alinéa 41(3)b) de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique prévoit que le Comité consultatif sur la pension de la fonction publique est composé de six membres choisis parmi les candidats proposés par les représentants des salariés au sein du Conseil national mixte de la fonction publique du Canada; 

Attendu que Sharon DeSousa est la candidate proposée par les représentants des salariés au sein du Conseil national mixte de la fonction publique du Canada,

À ces causes, sur recommandation de la présidente du Conseil du Trésor, en vertu des paragraphe 41(1) et 41(4) de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Sharon DeSousa, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre du Comité consultatif sur la pension de la fonction publique, à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans.
