Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 3 of the Department of Health Act, appoints Gergely (Greg) Orencsak of Toronto, Ontario, to be Deputy Minister of Health, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($313,300 - $368,500), effective August 19, 2024.
Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le ministère de la Santé, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Gergely (Greg) Orencsak, de Toronto (Ontario), sous-ministre de la Santé, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (313 300 $ – 368 500 $), à compter du 19 août 2024.
