Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State (Seniors), under section 107 of the Canada Pension Plan and section 40 of the Old Age Security Act, approves the terms and conditions of the Agreement on Social Security between Canada and the Republic of Ecuador.
