Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Food and Drug Regulations and the Medical Devices Regulations (Recalls, Establishment Licences and Finished Product Testing) under section 30 of the Food and Drugs Act.
