Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, under sections 48.1, 48.2 and subsection 48.4(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act, appoints Jayashree Sengupta of Hamilton, Ontario, as a part-time member of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, en vertu des articles 48.1, 48.2 et du paragraphe 48.4(1) de la Loi canadienne sur les droits de la personne, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jayashree Sengupta, de Hamilton (Ontario), membre à temps partiel du Tribunal canadien des droits de la personne, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans.
