Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, under subsections 7(1) and 7(5) of the Law Commission of Canada Act, appoints Kevin O’Shea of

St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a part-time Commissioner of the Law Commission of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years.
