Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities:

(a) under subsection 7(1) of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act, appoints Coleen Volk of Saint-Lazare, Quebec, to be President of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years; and

(b) under subsection 7(2) of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act, section 108 of the Financial Administration Act and section 7 of the Crown Corporation General Regulations, fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range CEO 7 ($468,900 - $551,600);

effective June 24, 2024.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu du paragraphe 7(1) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement, nomme Coleen Volk, de Saint-Lazare (Québec), présidente de la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 7(2) de la Loi sur la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement, de l’article 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques et de l’article 7 du Règlement général sur les sociétés d’État, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle CEO 7 (468 900 $ – 551 600 $);

à compter du 24 juin 2024.
