Whereas the Minister of Industry, under subsection 9(2) of the Canada Foundation for Sustainable Development Technology Act, has proposed to appoint Marta Morgan of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a director of the Canada Foundation for Sustainable Development Technology; 

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, under sections 9 and 10 of the Canada Foundation for Sustainable Development Technology Act, appoints Marta Morgan of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a director of the Canada Foundation for Sustainable Development Technology, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year.

Attendu que le ministre de l’Industrie, conformément au paragraphe 9(2) de la Loi sur la Fondation du Canada pour l’appui technologique au développement durable, a proposé de nommer Marta Morgan, d’Ottawa (Ontario), à titre d’administrateur de la Fondation du Canada pour l’appui technologique au développement durable; 

À ces causes, Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie, en vertu des articles 9 et 10 de la Loi sur la Fondation du Canada pour l’appui technologique au développement durable, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Marta Morgan d’Ottawa (Ontario), administratrice de la Fondation du Canada pour l’appui technologique au développement durable, à titre inamovible pour un mandat d’un an.
