Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, under section 3 and subsection 6‍(2) of the Indian Lands Agreement (1986) Act, confirms, as a specific agreement, Article 5 of the Tripartite Land Transfer Agreement dated February 6, 2020 between the Chippewas of Kettle and Stony Point First Nation, Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada and Her Majesty the Queen in right of Ontario.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Relations Couronne-Autochtones et en vertu de l’article 3 et du paragraphe 6‍(2) de la Loi sur l’accord de 1986 concernant les terres indiennes, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil ratifie, à titre d’accord particulier, l’Article 5 de l’accord intitulé Tripartite Land Transfer Agreement portant la date du 6 février 2020, conclu entre la Chippewas of Kettle and Stony Point First Nation, Sa Majesté du chef du Canada et Sa Majesté du chef de l’Ontario.
