Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Migratory Birds Regulations, 2022 under subsection 12‍(1) of the Migratory Birds Convention Act, 1994.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu du paragraphe 12‍(1) de la Loi de 1994 sur la convention concernant les oiseaux migrateurs, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les oiseaux migrateurs (2022), ci-après.
