Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, under subsections 5(1), 5(2) and 8(1) of the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada Act, re-appoints Orlando Da Silva of Uxbridge, Ontario, as Chief Administrator of the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 7 ($254,000 - $298,800), effective October 27, 2024.
Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, en vertu des paragraphes 5(1), 5(2) et 8(1) de la Loi sur le Service canadien d’appui aux tribunaux administratifs, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat d’Orlando Da Silva, d’Uxbridge (Ontario), administrateur en chef du Service canadien d’appui aux tribunaux administratifs, à titre amovible pour une période de de cinq ans et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 7 (254 000 $ – 298 800 $), à compter du 27 octobre 2024.
