Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, under paragraph 15(1)(a) of the National Capital Act, approves the acquisition by the National Capital Commission from 148-152 Sparks St. Inc. of the real property located at 148-152 Sparks Street, in Ottawa, Ontario, as described in Schedule A and shown in Schedule B.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)a) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son accord à l’acquisition, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, de la société 148-152 Sparks St. Inc., de biens immeubles situés au 148-152, rue Sparks, à Ottawa (Ontario), dont la description figure à l’annexe A et l’illustration à l’annexe B.
