                Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, hereby approves that the Minister of Transport, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into a contribution agreement with Greater Toronto Airports Authority for infrastructure required to provide access for an air-rail link in Toronto from Lester B. Pearson International Airport to Union Station in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the annexed schedule.

                Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’article 48 de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la conclusion par le ministre des Transports, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, d’un accord de contribution avec l’Administration aéroportuaire du Grand Toronto, au titre des dépenses d’infrastructure visant à assurer l’accès au lien aéro-ferroviaire entre l’aéroport international Lester B. Pearson et la gare Union à Toronto, lequel accord est conforme aux modalités précisées dans l’annexe ci-jointe.
