Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour:

(a) under paragraph 9(2)(b) and subsections 10(1) and 12(1) of the Canada Labour Code, reappoints Roland Anthony Henry Hackl of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time Vice-Chairperson of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years;

(b) under section 12.04 of the Canada Labour Code, fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($220,900 - $259,800); and

(c) under section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Roland Anthony Henry Hackl be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act;

effective July 2, 2024.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)b) et des paragraphes 10(1) et 12(1) du Code canadien du travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Roland Anthony Henry Hackl, d’Ottawa (Ontario), vice-président à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans;

b) en vertu de l’article 12.04 du Code canadien du travail, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (220 200 $ – 259 800 $);

c) en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Roland Anthony Henry Hackl soit réputé faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

à compter du 2 juillet 2024.
