Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under subsections 45(1), 45(4) and 45(5) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, appoints Pierre Maurice Vanderhout of Kingston, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Appeal Division, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective August 6, 2024.
