Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, under sections 3 and 4 of the Telefilm Canada Act, appoints Deborah MacPherson of Calgary, Alberta, to be a member of Telefilm Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, effective May 9, 2024.
