Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, under section 20.7 of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act, appoints the Honourable Phuong T.V. Ngo of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a member of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years.

 

Sur recommandation du président du Conseil privé du Roi pour le Canada, en vertu de l’article 20.7 de la Loi sur la protection des fonctionnaires divulgateurs d’actes répréhensibles, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme l’honorable Phuong T.V. Ngo, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre du Tribunal de la protection des fonctionnaires divulgateurs d’actes répréhensibles, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans.
