Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour:

(a) after consultation with the organizations representative of employees, under paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsections 10(2) and 12(1) of the Canada Labour Code, reappoints Lisa Clare Addario of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years; and

(b) under section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Lisa Clare Addario be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Supperannuation Act;

effective June 24, 2024.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) après consultation des organisations représentant des employés, en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et des paragraphes 10(2) et 12(1) du Code canadien du travail, reconduit le mandat de Lisa Clare Addario, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans;

b) en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Lisa Clare Addario soit réputée faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

à compter du 24 juin 2024.
