                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et du ministre de la Défense nationale et en vertu du paragraphe 234(2) de la Loi sur la défense nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil désigne les juges suivants, juges de la Cour d'appel de la cour martiale du Canada :

L’honorable Charles R. Huband, juge d’appel de la Cour d’appel du Manitoba

L’honorable J. David Watt, juge de la Cour supérieure de justice

L’honorable A. Donald K. MacKenzie, juge de la Cour supérieure de justice

L’honorable Joseph T. Robertson, juge de la Cour d’appel du Nouveau-Brunswick

L’honorable Deborah J. McCawley, juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine du Manitoba.

                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to subsection 234(2) of the National Defence Act, hereby designates the following judges as Judges of the Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada:

The Honourable Charles R. Huband, a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Manitoba

The Honourable J. David Watt, a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice

The Honourable A. Donald K. MacKenzie, a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice

The Honourable Joseph T. Robertson, a Judge of the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick

The Honourable Deborah J. McCawley, a Judge of Her Majesty’s Court of Queen’s Bench of Manitoba.
