Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, under paragraph 9(2)(b) and subsection 10(1) of the Budget Implementation Act, 1997, appoints Josette-Renée Landry of Champlain, Ontario, to be a director of the board of directors of the Canada Foundation for Innovation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, in the place of Catherine Aczel Boivie, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie, en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)(b) et du paragraphe 10(1) de la Loi d’exécution du budget de 1997, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Josette-Renée Landry, de Champlain (Ontario), administratrice du conseil d’administration de la Fondation canadienne pour l’innovation, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Catherine Aczel Boivie, dont le mandat a pris fin.
