                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Leigh F. Gower, de la ville de Whitehorse dans le territoire du Yukon, un avocat, soit nommé juge de la Cour suprême du territoire du Yukon.

                     Le Comité du Conseil privé recommande en outre que ledit Leigh F. Gower soit nommé juge d’office de la Cour d’appel du territoire du Yukon, et juge d’office de la Cour d’appel des territoires du Nord-Ouest.

                     The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that Leigh F. Gower, Esquire, of the City of Whitehorse, in the Yukon Territory, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court of the Yukon Territory.

                     The Committee further advise that the said Leigh F. Gower be appointed a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for the Yukon Territory, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for the Northwest Territories.
