Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 46 of the Parliament of Canada Act, amends Order in Council P.C. 2023-898 of September 16, 2023, by replacing;

(a) under the heading “Member of the House of Commons”, the reference to “Ryan Turnbull, to be styled Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry” with a reference to “Ryan Turnbull, to be styled Parliamentary Secretary to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry”; and

(b) under the heading " Minister(s) (Legal Title)", the reference to "Minister Industry" with a reference to "Minister of Finance; Minister of Industry".

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu de l’article 46 de la Loi sur le Parlement du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil modifie le décret C.P. 2023-898, du 16 septembre 2023 en remplaçant :

a) sous le titre « Nom du député », la mention « Ryan Turnbull, devant porter le titre de secrétaire parlementaire du ministre de l’Innovation, des Sciences et de l’Industrie » par la mention « Ryan Turnbull, devant porter le titre de secrétaire parlementaire de la vice-première ministre et ministre des Finances et secrétaire parlementaire du ministre de l’Innovation, des Sciences et de l’Industrie »;

b) sous le titre « Ministre(s) (titre légal) », la mention « ministre de l’Industrie » par la mention « ministre des Finances; ministre de l’Industrie ».
