Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Brigitte Diogo of Carleton Place, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Transport, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($238,000 - $280,000), effective May 6, 2024.
Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Brigitte Diogo, de Carleton Place (Ontario), sous-ministre déléguée des Transports, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (238 000 $ – 280 000 $), à compter du 6 mai 2024.
