The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Naheed Bardai, a Judge of His Majesty’s Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan, be appointed a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, and a Judge ex officio of His Majesty’s Court of King’s Bench for Saskatchewan.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Naheed Bardai, juge de la Cour du Banc du Roi de Sa Majesté de la Saskatchewan, soit nommé juge d’appel de la Cour d’appel de la Saskatchewan, et membre d’office de la Cour du Banc du Roi de Sa Majesté de la Saskatchewan.
