                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que J.C. Marc Richard, de la ville de Saint-Jean, dans la province du Nouveau-Brunswick, l’un des conseillers juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommé juge de la Cour d'appel du Nouveau-Brunswick.

                     The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that J.C. Marc Richard, Esquire, of the City of Saint John in the Province of New Brunswick, one of Her Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of The Court of Appeal of New Brunswick.
