                     Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que monsieur Charles T. Hackland, de la ville d’Ottawa dans la province de l'Ontario, un avocat, soit nommé juge de la Cour supérieure de justice, et juge d'office de la Cour d'appel de l'Ontario.

                     The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advise that Charles T. Hackland, Esquire, of the City of Ottawa in the Province of Ontario, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
