 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes:

(a) the Prime Minister or the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the European Union Amending Annex B of the Agreement on Civil Aviation Safety between Canada and the European Community; or

(b) the Minister of Foreign Affairs to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Arun Thangaraj, Deputy Minister of Transport; Dominic Rochon, Associate Deputy Minister of Transport; Ailish Johnson Campbell, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the European Union; or Nicholas Brousseau, Deputy Head of Mission, Permanent Mission of Canada to the European Union, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the European Union Amending Annex B of the Agreement on Civil Aviation Safety between Canada and the European Community.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise :

a) soit le premier ministre ou la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et l’Union européenne modifiant l’annexe B de l’Accord sur la sécurité de l’aviation civile entre le Canada et la Communauté européenne;

b) soit la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Arun Thangaraj, sous- ministre des Transports, Dominic Rochon, sous-ministre délégué des Transports, Ailish Johnson Campbell, ambassadrice extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de l’Union européenne, ou Nicholas Brousseau, chef de mission adjoint, Mission permanente du Canada auprès de l’Union européenne, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et l’Union européenne modifiant l’annexe B de l’Accord sur la sécurité de l’aviation civile entre le Canada et la Communauté européenne.
