Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, appoints Bruno Bergoend to be Honorary Consul of Canada in Toulouse, French Republic, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($15,000 - $20,000), such appointment may be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Bruno Bergoend, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Bruno Bergoend, consul honoraire du Canada à Toulouse (République française), à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (15 000 $ – 20 000 $). La ministre des Affaires étrangères ou Bruno Bergoend peut mettre fin à la nomination en remettant un avis écrit de soixante jours à l’autre partie.
