Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under subsections 45(1), 45(4), 45(5) and section 47 of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, reappoints Teresa Marguerite Day of Toronto, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Employment Insurance Section, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective April 13, 2024.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), 45(4), 45(5) et de l’article 47 de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Teresa Marguerite Day, de Toronto (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale pour la section de l’assurance-emploi, à titre inamovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 13 avril 2024.
