Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Paul Halucha of Ottawa, Ontario, Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet (Clean Growth), Privy Council Office, to be concurrently Deputy Minister of Public Lands and Housing, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($238,000 - $280,000), effective April 15, 2024.
Sur recommandation du premier ministre, en vertu du paragraphe 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Paul Halucha, d’Ottawa (Ontario), sous-secrétaire du Cabinet (Croissance propre), Bureau du Conseil privé, concurremment sous-ministre des terrains publics et logement, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (238 000 $ – 280 000 $), à compter du 15 avril 2024.
