Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, under paragraph 15(1)(a) of the National Capital Act, approves the acquisition by the National Capital Commission, from the City of Ottawa, of the real property made up of two unopened road allowances referred to as Lucy and Hilda Roads located in Ottawa, Ontario, as described in Schedule A and shown in Schedule B.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Travaux publics et Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)a) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son accord à l’acquisition, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, de la Ville d’Ottawa, des biens immeubles constituant deux emprises routières non ouvertes appelées « chemin Lucy » et « chemin Hilda », situés à Ottawa (Ontario), dont la description figure à l’annexe A et l’illustration, à l’annexe B.
