Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, under section 4 of the Canada Water Act, approves that the Minister of the Environment, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into an agreement with the Governments of Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta, substantially in accordance with the annexed agreement, to amend the Master Agreement on Apportionment entered into on October 30, 1969.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi sur les ressources en eau du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre de l’Environnement, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, avec les gouvernements du Manitoba, de la Saskatchewan et de l’Alberta, d’un accord, conforme en substance à l’accord ci-joint, visant la modification de l’Accord-cadre sur la répartition des eaux des Prairies, signé le 30 octobre 1969.
