Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under paragraph 130(b) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Shaila Anwar of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Clerk of the Senate and Clerk of the Parliaments, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GC 8 ($248,300 - $292,100), effective May 6, 2024.
Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 130(b) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Shaila Anwar, d’Ottawa (Ontario), greffière du Sénat et greffière des Parlements, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GC 8 (248 300 $ – 292 100 $), à compter du 6 mai 2024.
