                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 23 of the Museums Act, hereby approves the reappointment by the Board of Trustees of the National Museum of Science and Technology of Christopher J. Terry of Ottawa, Ontario, as Director of the National Museum of Science and Technology, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, and approves his remuneration as set out in the schedule hereto, which remuneration is within the Crown Corporation Group 4 range ($142,200 - $166,700), effective February 1, 2004.

                     Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’article 23 de la Loi sur les musées, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat par le conseil d’administration du Musée national des sciences et de la technologie de Christopher J. Terry, d’Ottawa (Ontario), directeur du Musée national des sciences et de la technologie, à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, et approuve son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle salariale du groupe 4 des sociétés d’État (142 200 $ - 166 700 $), à compter du 1^er février 2004.
