The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Faiyaz Alibhai of the City of Newmarket, in the Province of Ontario, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Nunavut Court of Justice.

The Committee of the Privy Council further advises that Faiyaz Alibhai be appointed a Judge of the Court of Appeal of Nunavut, a Judge of the Court of Appeal of the Northwest Territories, and a Judge of the Court of Appeal of Yukon, during his tenure of office as a Judge of the Nunavut Court of Justice.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Faiyaz Alibhai, de la ville de Newmarket, dans la province d’Ontario, avocat, soit nommé juge de la Cour de justice du Nunavut.

Le Comité du Conseil privé recommande en outre que Faiyaz Alibhai soit nommé juge de la Cour d’appel du Nunavut, juge de la Cour d’appel des Territoires du Nord-Ouest et juge de la Cour d’appel du Yukon, pendant la durée de ses fonctions à titre de juge de la Cour de justice du Nunavut.
