Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, under sections 48.1, 48.2 and subsection 48.4(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act, appoints Gary Jeffrey Stein of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective March 19, 2024.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu des articles 48.1, 48.2 et du paragraphe 48.4(1) de la Loi canadienne sur les droits de la personne, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Gary Jeffrey Stein, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Tribunal canadien des droits de la personne, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, à compter du 19 mars 2024.
